Details
Pros
The support staff is fun and easy going. The benefits are way above normal, 100% health benefits, excellent 401k and profit sharing. There are many small things the management does do keep people happy.
Cons
The company relies heavily on the Top salesman to keep the business strong. If the the top salesman moves on, it is questionable that the company will remain profitable.
Advice to Senior Management
Change the business model to adapt to the current market trends, focus on the expertise in the industry to make money. Stop selling products and start selling knowlege.
