Pros
Really, the paycheck and comaraderie.
Cons
No leadership whatsoever. Upper management doesn't have basic knowledge of the media business.
No regard for growing or investing in the company. Reactionary management- thinks cutting staff and resources is the only way to survive. A definite keep your head down, just be glad you have a job mentality pervades the ranks.
No morale, bonuses canceled last year, no 401K match and no communication from management whatsoever.Advice to Senior Management
Get out in the field and talk to people.Stop being paralyzed and managing by fear. People respond to ideas and activity and want vendors to deliver solutions.
