    ProsStable schedules and biweekly checks, The work is easy

    ConsMost people in leadership don't have a clue, 10 minute breaks are over way too soon, they micro-manage like hell, crappy pay, they don't appreciate their employees by over working and under paying them...

    Advice to Senior ManagementManagement should re-evaluate its policies on work-life balance including the 10 minute break policy. As an indexer, your hands and fingers get tired quickly and over working them can cause major damage. You could save your employees fingers and the company money by bumping break times back up to 15 minutes or atleast giving employees a few minutes during the day to stretch their joints and rest their eyes from the bright screen of the computer.

    Poor planning, no change control in place

    ProsThe employees that try their best to make deadlines and continue to come to work with no to little opportunity for bonus or pay raises.

    Consexecutive management covers for each other and let others take the blame. Very racist in operations (Indian big boys club) Female leaders are treated with disrespect. HR department and ethics process are a joke. No one will deal with the executives

    Advice to Senior ManagementNot that they will listen...look at you structure and replace your HR team with folks that work for all of the employees and not just executive managers.

    Needs much improvement

    ProsA good entry level position for someone that lives at home and/or for anyone that wants to work as a hobby.

    ConsCons –unpredictability in work volume but comes with the territory. Would like to see more enforcement of policies against rule offenders.

     There is obvious favoritism and no set rules are in place. Especially with start times, lunch breaks..

    Do not feel appreciated when you put out more work...yet there remains no pay incentives, even though it was promised over 2 years ago. The pay is low in comparison to the market structure. But feel the economy is to blame for the continued dead end with pay increase. It really is discouraging given that there are some who have prior claims experience.

    Advice to Senior ManagementNo tolerance policies should be enforced so that morale is not damaged by those who consistently cause strife. Trust should be reinstituted, improved. Review pay structure on a yearly basis.. at least for cost of living. India and the US should not be lumped as one entity in comparing pay structure.

    Source HOV is a good place to work

    ProsThe work is interesting, with the added bonus of learning Firefly, and adding it to your resume.

    ConsThe work is repetitive and monotonous, and your days off aren't together. Makes for a rough work week.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTry and schedule people to be off two days in a row.

    ConsImmature management team, only favorites get promotions. Use people as scapegoats to save favorites. Horrible place to work for!

    Poor leadership, lack of training and communication.

    ProsIf they had a better training program I think it will be a great place to start a career.

    ConsThey say that you are a full time employee but you don't work full time hours. You may work 25-35 hours per week.

    Advice to Senior ManagementThey may want to look into salary increase in order to keep employees, because a lot of people are leaving due to lack of pay.
