Pros – -Upper management recognizes that the company is growing quickly and has recently made a lot of improvements
-Get to work with great clients, from interesting tech startups like TwitPic and CloudOn to huge companies like P&G and Intel
-Good benefits
-Diverse group of highly talented co-workers

Cons – -This isn't a good place for someone who is used to cruising through their day on auto-pilot at a huge company in relative obscurity. Most see that as a pro, but it's a con for others.
-There's a lot of pressure to get work done at a very high level of quality and on tight schedules

Advice to Senior Management – Recent changes have been great...would love to see even more focus on building culture

Pros – You will work with very good resources in different domains and will enjoy the freedom to learn and explore new technologies.
People are really willing to help and the new talent is always appreciated. It's a very good company to start you career with.

Cons – There is a variation in the salary packages offered as depending on the technologies people work and their market value which creates a diff environment sometimes.

Advice to Senior Management – Try to retain the best resources and i see that's the only problem exists.

Pros – Get chance to work on different technologies

Cons – They claim that there is a flat structure,but it is not so.Employee hardwork is not validated.However we work hard,we will degraded for minor things,which is not done.Conflicts within the team.Team lead and manager will escape ,putting all the problems on the developer.Its totally a waste,where employee doesn get any benefit !!!!

Advice to Senior Management – Please don consider employee as slaves.!!!Please offer some benefits and encouragement for the employees.
Special advice to managers and team lead: pls encourage the developers.Don always degrade.Don under estimate others.

Pros – A complete hierarchy free office. You don't have a manager or boss. Get to deal with open source technologies. A lot to learn and challenging projects that help you grow in your career.

Cons – Policies are not employee friendly. Restricted cab timings. No sports or anything else apart from work. Horrible leave policy. (This was updated recently)

Pros – Will get some challenging technologies and opportunity to try different technologies

Cons – 1. Doesn't understand the value of Engineers
2. Half the managers doesnt know ABCD of the technology.
3. Higher Management contains people worse in technology.
4. If ur a designer .. then this is the right place .. if u are a engineer .. then u r doomed.
5. Bad remuneration.

Advice to Senior Management – Please understand the value of engineers .. we are also human beings

Cons – repetitive kind of jobs, bad management, internal team conflicts

Pros – People are enthusiastic.
Relaxed work environment.
Some of the best clientele's to work for.

Cons – Commuting is an issue as the Company is based in Electronic city but now the management has provided free transportation.

- Good projects.
- Lots of work.

Cons – - Zero percent employee satisfaction.
- No recreational activities.
- Less paid, compare to what you do.
- Very bad leave and transport policies.
- Project work is not distribute properly.
- High focus on designer, engineers are treated from third world.

Advice to Senior Management – Nothing, they are worst.
