    Pros

Lots of fun parties, lots of reading material, entertaining people, never a boring moment

    Cons

They will pile on more and more work until the have completely killed your spirit. Stressful work environment. Do not support the staff when attempting to create policies and procedures.

I worked at SouthComm Communications full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Most of the people are pretty friendly...with a few being real a**holes. Pretty relaxed work environment and it can be fun, at times. Convenient location.

    Cons

Too much drama and too many chiefs...many of whom really don't know what they are doing. Constant turnover. Unless you have the choice accounts, you don't make any money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Raise pay, quit making it a little Susan Club, learn what you are doing.

    Pros

Good medical benefits (but you basically pay for them)

    Cons

Worst pay structure in the industry... employees are straight commission and payed a very low rate

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees for their hard work and treat them better than just a number for your checkvbook
