“Good job in a bad location”
I have been working at Southern Adventist University
Pros – get to be on the inside in knowing what is happening around the dorm.
Have a say in imposing dorm rules and making sure the students behave.
my own room, not having to go to worship/vespers.
Cons – the quality of the students is very low and unmotivated. it makes it very stressful to be around those type of people when trying to be a student myself.
Advice to Senior Management – need to be stricter. lay down the law. punish students when they misbehave. It happens a little bit but not enough. Deans are too lenient.
