    Pros

    Great pay, nice managers, hard-working team, very caring company.

    Cons

    Normal cons of any company - some people weren't overjoyed to be there, sometimes management didn't make decisions as fast as I would have liked them to, days were very long (12 hr shifts)

    Make decisions faster!

    Pros

    The company itself is really good. Many employees there are wonderful to work with.

    Cons

    Poor HR leadership. More support of team needed.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees when they tell you major concerns. Don't brush it under the rug.

    pay Work schedule Lots of overtime available Great fun group of people to work with

    Good pay but not worht the aggravation.

    Terrible management and ideas from people who have no business in the industry.

    Pros

    The company had many diverse customers, they continued to grow. Attempted to meet the customer demands on last min schedule changes.

    Cons

    Too much upper management, and the upper management did not communicate their goals or plans to everyone else. Some managers would talk poorly about their own department and employees. Upper management would stay as disconnected to other staff as possible.

    Communicate!

    Company is growing, and has ambitious goals.

    Cons

    Stingy for small beneficial expenditures, while extravagant for superficial statement. Not employee minded.

    not pro-active always one step behind.

    Cons

    trying to save money by farming out a/c records a/c inspection next a/c parts. parts by hour is going to be very costly.

    Pros

    Small company, opportunity to learn a lot and wear many hats. Some excellent staff who, in my opinion, were carrying the airline on their backs.

    Cons

    Treated future employees better than current employees-always a bad sign. Disconnect between senior management/headquarters/finance and line level leaders.

    Pros

    Strong industry - Global Air Cargo service provider with 60+ years of experience - cargo services from Flag Carriers, Charter Brokers...and Government continuous to place Southern Air on the SKY

    Cons

    Experiences with Executive Leader at Southern Air and the Lack of respect shown for ALL PEOPLE inexcusable, extending bad behavior to minorities and women

    Demand executives to practice and learn / read and honor Southern Air Company Mission and Vision respect for the/all Individuals enforce GLOBAL diversity understanding and respect
