Southern California Edison Reviews
-
Pros
It is good company for new graduates without work experience because this company will assign work to you regardless of your experience so new graduates have the chance to gain valuable experience. It is also good place for people who are preparing their retirement. The benefit and pension plan are good. But they will be changed soon.
Cons
It is a good place for professionals especially for IT professionals. Your promotion or reward is not based on your performance or your knowledge. It is based on who you know and your managerâ??s mode. It is silo organization and communication is vertical. You need to know how to play politics and how to play safe if you want to survive.
Advice to Senior Management
A culture change is needed for this company. But Unfortunately, the senior management does not have the capability to do so.
