Benefits and pay are above industry standard but average when taking So. Cal location
Cons
Information sharing is low. Newcomers are not trusted but must earn the trust by working their way into the many "clicks"
Advice to Senior Management
Allow people to grow an experiment and when they don't meet expectations, help them through it rather than demote of move them.
