    Pros

The people here are truly trying to accomplish the mission of the school. They are compassionate and caring for the student body. They strive for excellence in everything they do.

    Cons

There is a lack of funding because of the size and mission. Sometimes people fail to continue there growth in a specific discipline.

    Advice to Management

Share the vision often and clearly. That way everyone will be working towards the same goal.

  2. A Seminary with lots of heart and planning...but not a ton of business sense.

    Pros

The people at SCS are wonderful people, who work hard and love what they do. The school is gaining a great reputation as a quality academic institution, as well as having an online program that is unique and benefits the students more than other schools.

    Cons

Short staffed, which burns people out. Controlled by a church, which makes doing business hard sometimes, because of all the layers. Low pay. Like seriously low pay.

    Advice to Management

Pay better. Plan better. Get more buy-in from your lower-level employees.
