    Great entry-level positions, lax management, able to create your own hours

    Cons

    Minimal promotion potential, wage, culture as a whole really struggled because of a very technical-minded environment, not much camaraderie.

    Advice to Management

    Manage Talent -- we got away with anything

    PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND WILLING TO TAKE THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP YOU IN ANY SITUATION.

    Cons

    The pay rate is not all that good when u start working there but the skills you learn and that they are willing to train you makes up for it.

    Pretty good about giving personal time when needed (for some employees) Frequently buy lunch for everyone Casual attire A few very nice coworkers

    Obvious favoritism Owners could care less about employees No room for growth No bonuses No training Payroll issues, frequently wrong or late
