    Consgetting taken over, lack of communication from "leaders", strange qualifications for promotions, not everyone is genuine, inefficient processes, no consistency within department management

    Pay and benefits that are far below competitors.

    ProsLaid back, friendly environment, willing to train people to improve skills.

    ConsPay and benefits that are below average, within our industry. I hope Williams buys us out, but it looks like Energy Transfer is going to get us according to the press releases. My younger brother works for Williams and they have very strong benefits and pay. I have a friend that works at Energy Transfer and they also have below average pay and benefits.

    Advice to Senior ManagementGet the pay and perks competitive, and see how employee morale and attitude will improve the bottom line for the company, far beyond what getting the competitive cost.
