Health insurance, close to home

-salary for this position is way below the average for my state
-pay experienced people making entry level wages
-more work, more responsibilities, but no compensation
-no opportunity for advancement and near non-existent raises-years and years without a pay increase
The true meaning of a dead end jobAdvice to Senior Management
You need to start treating non-management employees better:
Salaries need to be more in line with the average pay for the state we work in and for the experience we have. We need to be shown more appreciation, give us some hope or everyone will eventually leave.
