    Pros

    good benefit, good bonus, and good merit increase

    Cons

    no stability on job security, replacing most of full time employees with temps.

    Advice to Management

    investment to talented employees can have good pay off in long haul.

    Pros

    Free daily breakfast (they stop serving at 8:30am)

    Cons

    Korean-run company so unless you are Korean or of Asian descent, good luck trying to get anything accomplished in this company. From consistent sexual harassment, racism, to age discrimination, I am shocked that this company can still be around for so many years. Horrible internal communication and inefficient internal practices that makes day-to-day activities extremely stressful.

    Advice to Management

    Respect your employees and do not inflict your cultural values and expectations on your staff.

    I worked at Southpole full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Causal dress code. Free lunch. Convenient location. Besides that there's no pros to work here unless you can handle a Korean hierarchy system

    Cons

    Treats the youngest very horribly. Hierarchy system. Horrible support system. No room for growth. Can get let go anytime without warning.

    Great Benefit, Nice Working Environment, Detail Oriented Work Process so there are lots to learn.

    Cons

    Slow decision making makes sometimes very hard to proceed with pending works.

    Pros

    Southpole located very convenient place. They provide free lunch every day. Reasonable benefit. You can Learn about a lot of work.

    Cons

    They are struggling with market changes and do not have any other plane to alternate. Very conservative work environment. You may work very late.

    Advice to Management

    Please listen to employee's opinion. Fashion market should be very creative and passionate. Also encourage to work with supportive environment.

    Pros

    Great benefits packages initially, summer and year end bonuses, free breakfast and lunches, responsibility growth and opportunity to learn.

    Cons

    No opportunity for career advancement, members of management move around from department to department with next to no experience within that department and go on to manage the department. Way to much red tape for projects to be done effectively

    Advice to Management

    Stay Away, and Learn how to speak korean.

    Pros

    There is no dress code. Office environment is more or less casual. Free lunch in the cafeteria from 12pm - 1pm !

    Cons

    The management is very out of touch with reality and more importantly the urban womenswear market. It is safe to say that they know barely anything about their client.

    Advice to Management

    Please restructure your company and hire non-koreans, especially in creative positions. I know a handful of employees who earn the same amount they did when they started out here 5 years ago.

    Healthcare-Medical/Dental, People, Exposure to different work environment

    Management, No room for growth ("selective criteria"), No true leadership/management, Exposure to different work environment, Poor communication skills/Language barriers, Vacation/Holiday schedule, Extremely long work hours, Food

    Respect and listen to the people that work for you; Learn to trust the people you hired, Don't micromanage
