You need to come in here already making a high salary

Marketing Coordinator (Former Employee) Fort Lee, NJ

ProsGreat benefits packages initially, summer and year end bonuses, free breakfast and lunches, responsibility growth and opportunity to learn.

ConsNo opportunity for career advancement, members of management move around from department to department with next to no experience within that department and go on to manage the department. Way to much red tape for projects to be done effectively

Advice to Senior ManagementStay Away, and Learn how to speak korean.

    Unprofessional, disappointing, waste of time

Merchandiser (Former Employee) Fort Lee, NJ

ProsThere is no dress code. Office environment is more or less casual.
Free lunch in the cafeteria from 12pm - 1pm !

ConsThe management is very out of touch with reality and more importantly the urban womenswear market. It is safe to say that they know barely anything about their client.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease restructure your company and hire non-koreans, especially in creative positions. I know a handful of employees who earn the same amount they did when they started out here 5 years ago.

    - free lunch
    - good location (by fort lee main st.) close to many highways, and local businesses
    - will form a camaraderie among peers (mostly due to the cons listed below)

Cons- expect to be overworked. overtime pay does not exist. management expects you to stay late and work overtime. (i.e. korean corporate lifestyle)
    - your personal life becomes work life. not a job good for a family man
    - senior staff is more detrimental than helpful
    - work is not rewarding or encouraging
