I have been working at Southwest Behavioral Health Services full-time

    Pros

The people in the offices are usually great.

    Cons

Management plays favorites, in addition the CEO and HR team do not care about employees in satellite offices. I have seen many great employees leave due to no respect or concern for the issues in office. There is a lot of un-needed drama caused by the leadership team. The company is lucky they have not been sued due to unethical ways of treating employees in my Northern Arizona office. I have seen a lot of people move on and be much happier after leaving the BHC office. HR is obviously clueless and only cares about the company and employees in Phoenix. I am well on my way out!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start paying attention to those who keep your clients happy and not the management who is pissing everyone off. The leadership and HR department would be better if you hired a 3 year old.

I worked at Southwest Behavioral Health Services full-time (more than an year)

Provided counseling to patients and saw progress in treatment plans. Managed all direct care staff at two residential treatment facilities, and enjoyed management. Had the opportunity to utilize my core skill set and see progress.
