Pros
Good technical support, great benefit package. Very enthusiastic local managers. Good training and excellent use of phone/internet training so you do not have to travel for meetings, etc...

Transition in middle management (underwriting, etc...) made some things harder than they should be, but that can happen about anywhere.

Advice to Senior Management
Too much is focused on hiring a certain type of individual if it weren't for the temp agencies I doubt many minorities would get hired.
Pros
If you like to go with the flow you might be satisfied. Good salary and good benefits.
Cons
In relation to software development, the company has zero interest in your future. IT managers are typically interested in their own political glory and control- not what is best for the company in long term or the employee. High turnover. Leaving coders either have to go back to their old job or change their career field. Lots of bickering between departments and divisions.

Pros
Management is very accomodating for worker's needs and desires. Overall environment is great.
Cons
Will not allow for telecommuting, data resides in fiefdoms and business areas do not work well together.
