    The workplace allows flexibility, offers friendly co-workers along with competitive compensation and benefits. Southwest

    Cons

    Senior management, in particular Human Resources, needs to be a focus for the firm. Old guard executives may not be best for company to move forward productively.

    HR department leadership should be looked at.

    Pros

    Medical benefits are excellent. Everyone is nice.

    Cons

    Management doesn;t understand the need for growth and development. The company is very conservative, which hinders creative ideas.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees and be very clear about the positions you post on job boards. It would be nice to praise employees for the things they do well instead of only giving them criticism. The communication between management and employees must improve.

    Being a part of something that matters and working on products in which you can believe is remarkably fulfilling. Fun and inspiring workspace.

    Cons

    Concrete results or clear benchmarks of success can be difficult to spot. Work environments can be frustrating. The level of burnout is high.
