    Cons

There are not too many negatives for this company. I feel that the program could have continued with a larger grant.

The only Institution in the Mid-South that has three course of Majors in the Hospitality Management. Got a great deal of hands on training under Head Culinary Instructor doing Charity events. 10 in all total of my volunteering my time.

    Cons

Wish the institution has more to offer when it comes to culinary arts.

Want to be back in the work force.

    Pros

Great health benefits, generally the people that we work with are pretty good joes. Good family support if you or your spouse, kids etc. have any problems.

    Cons

Saleries are pretty low, compared to the average pay for someone with my 31 years of computer/network/database manager experience.

    Advice to Management

When you are determining the next raise to give the Client Services department (desktop support) think about all of the times you have called on us to get your computer operating.

    Pros

Relaxed working conditions, Good co workers, Able to really assist people, great benefits including college tuition discount at any TBR School.

    Cons

Office Politics, there is a constant struggle for influence among managers, Low pay, the ability of someone who has influence but no knowledge of your department to make major decisions affecting the entire dept and it's ability to provide service.

    Advice to Management

Base decisions on merit, not who's got your ear.

    Pros

Everything I needed for my teaching purposes was provided to me. Very good lines of communication between myself and department head and department secretary. Small class sizes so I could give individual attention to certain students when I had to.

    Cons

Compensation was quite low even for just being an Adjunct Instructor.

    Advice to Management

Offer higher compensation and more qualified teachers will want to work there, improving the overall quality of education students are receiving.
