    Pros

If you are looking to work and don't care about career growth, this is the place for you. If you just want to show up and do the job you were hired for. SWT can be a nice home for you.

    Cons

Very like room for upward mobility. Definitely a company that reflects the mindset of ," It's not what you know, it's who you know."

    Advice to Management

Need to do a better job of communicating with the operations department. Often, guys wouldn't know about negative company issues until the moment changes were made.
