    Pros

They pay you and many of the employees are great to work with. Benefits could better but are OK

    Cons

My impression is that management does not like or trust US citizens as they are constantly moving jobs to Mexico and bringing talent over from Europe to US. Big emphasis on being bilingual which I felt was unfair to older Americans who speak nothing but English.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not much I can say, their minds are made up.

    Pros

If you can produce pretty power point presentations telling Management exactly what they want to hear, this is the place for you.

    Cons

Used to be a better place to work, but is increasingly dominated by process over content. Also, as in all Banking, Management only wants to hear good news. Little chance for advancement if you aren't Spanish.

    Pros

There is no pro for this company.

    Cons

The bosses don't care about customer service. They would rather get their sales and forget about the customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

All the Branch Manager and above need to go to training and get a course about customer service. Maybe, you can learn something. They don't believe in promoting within.
