“Good company for freshers and focussed experienced telecom professionals”

Pros

Professionally managed company with few leaders from telecom industry. Company is leader in it's business domain for government and public sector markets. Can adopt any technology any product very quickly. Great potential in near future due to opening of government market in India.

Cons

Management doesn't recognize the talents most times. Doesn't focus on employee professional development at all. The technology is changing fastly hence the agility is must. Sometimes this is an issue with Spanco. Still the age old stuff processes are existing in the HR and admin functions that hampers the image.

Advice to Senior Management

1. Improve on HR
2. Remove hierarchies, make it flat
