    A lot of perks and as well as a great please to discover what you really want to do in this industry.

    the pay is not that good minimum wage

    Amazing atmosphere, very laid back, very casual. Employees are all a pleasure to work with. Great lively environment.

    Cons

    Very laid back & very casual environment. This is a pro and a con at the same time. Lacking leadership, direction, and authority. Very little room for upward mobility.

    Leadership strategies need to be addressed

    Pros

    Meet artists, attend great concerts, learn the ins and outs of the business, make alot of valuable contacts

    Cons

    Management simply does not know what they are doing. Or doesnt care. Every man for himself.

    Advice to Management

    training is a must. hold everyone accountable for performance and duties. clear incentives and explanation of the process.

    Pros

    Forge true relationships
    Sell great products
    Access to celebs and tickets to shows
    Fun place to work
    Make your own hours as long as you hit your numbers

    Cons

    Pay on collections not on billing, everything takes forever due to Miami red tape
    Virtually little or no training, left to your own devices or to "figure it out".

    Advice to Management

    Take the time to develop real talent. Trim the fat.
    Dont be afraid to blow out the people that have been there for too long and have terrible attitudes. You have terrific products. Time to clean house!!!

    A good place to become well immersed in the unique consumer behavior of the biggest and fastest segments of growth.

    Pros

    Get to talk to the on air talent, & you get to meet quite a Few artists.

    Cons

    The pay is really not that great.

    Pay attention to the good people in your teams and even more attention to the ones that are slacking all the time.
