Pros – Sparks has a pretty comprehensive offering in the environment, exhibits, tradeshow, and retail world. They offer event management, logistics, design, and manufacturing services. A team of seasoned professionals who really know their stuff. They're not afraid to take on challenges and push the boundaries. People are generally friendly and a fun culture.

Cons – Process. Perhaps because Sparks was not founded in an agency environment, some of its process regarding branding and marketing exercises lacked strong focus and leadership. This resulted in some inefficient use of time and can be frustrating.
