Worst company ever for Solid Sr Consultants... donĀ“t go on a H1- b there

SAP for Utilities (Former Employee) Austin, TX

ProsSome Sr consultants are really the best in their own modules/technologies. But they could leave the company any time.

ConsLousy Management Team in the Utilities Business Practice... they overpromise and don't deliver. With consultants and customers as well. Very cheap on expenses and you will have to pay your own travels and wait until they pay you back. Only graduates to lead important workstreams.

Advice to Senior ManagementQuality is more important than big fat bonuses for partners.

    Sucks

Senior Manager (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsThey pay you, which I guess is something.

ConsNo respect for anyone, not the client and not the contractors. Have never completed a project on time or within budget of original SOW. Plus they nickel and dime you to death on expenses.

Advice to Senior ManagementQuit, Quit right now.

It was a great learning all together (at each step)

Engagement Manager/Senior Project Manager (Former Employee) Noida (India)

ProsThey provide opportunity to have a very close look at the business, An employee at a level will get visibility into 2 or 3 levels up the position/activities, The management are masters of running/establishin a real s/w business, The management/partenrs show a high spirit of positive ness and known for united fighting at tough times.. and they have a thirst of success.

Consover confidence on their strengths, They dont believe new comers joining them (They dont trust easily)..

Advice to Senior ManagementThe Rapidgmers associated with them will alwys are ready to adjust with any management decision.. Where management can never identify their mistakes or flaws.. If the management really want to know where they are with respect to Market or any competetor.. they have to invite new people from different parts of the world to join them and encourage them in identifyin gthe loop holes & giving new suggestions for Organization improvement.
