rewarding fun place to work. many opportunities given to employees. great store level managers, and everyone knew what they needed to do. great training

High turnover of Store directors and some of the older ones seemed to not work or think they were above certain jobs

Advice to Senior Management

continue to work with store level employees and give some incentives from time to time. treat them like people when visiting stores.

Pros

Excellent executive management team. Very supportive and high quality directors on the board of directors.

Cons

Communications are not always as timely as I would prefer.
