Pros
It was a good environment and the people were knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Spartan as a place to work.
Cons
They seem to think that your work there is the only thing that you do and depending on the job it can be very repetitive.
Advice to Senior Management
If you give people the opportunity to advance most will do a good job. Don't switch store directors so frequently.
