I worked at Special Metals as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

The company encourages you to learn and work independently. Gives you an opportunity to come up with new ideas and apply them. Team driven company to achieve production goals. You get an opportunity to work with really talented and experienced guys.
If one has to learn about a manufacturing, I think this is the place.

    Cons

Some times the set of instructions are not clear. You have to work extra and at odd times.
Some of the standard processes are not clear.
