I have been working at Specialty Restaurant Group
Pros – With a only a few exceptions, the restaurant has an awesome management team and staff who are helpful, reliable and fun to work with. Co-workers are genuinely friendly with one another and discord among co-workers is rare and short-lived.
Cons – Lower level managers lack communication skills and are not given proper guidance to develop successful management skills. Management provides no formal training to new employees and does not actively supervise, take part in or evaluate training of new servers. Results in inconsistency and less efficient operations.
Advice to Senior Management – Require training to develop and improve communication for managers. Clearly define and communicate operating policies and procedures require adherence.

I have been working at Specialty Restaurant Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – Restaurant has a beautiful view, the end.
Cons – No respect,, poor pay, and horrible upper managment. The facility is deteriorating and cooperate refuses to bring it up to quality, in there word "the population is not worth it" they rather mask it with band-aids and look the other way. They are cheating some employees out of tips while working the salary managers 6 to sometimes 7 days 70 + hours a week. They haven't paid some of there vendors in over 120 days.
Advice to Senior Management – Buy a vowel .......so they can get a clue. Seriously they should ask why there has been 7 GM, and 5 DOC'S in the last 4 years!!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
