    Pros

    management is great and will do anything for you.

    Cons

    Contracts are at best 2 months out. kinda makes people nerveous about a job every couple of months

    Pros

    Outstanding company with opportunities for advancement and growth. Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing and employee stock ownership programs.

    Cons

    Managers and supervisors do not always receive assistance required to be effective and efficient. Employees receive negative feedback quickly, but positive feedback is slow, if at all.

    Advice to Management

    Need to provide clear and concise communications to employees on strategic vision and corporate direction. Corporate staff needs to support field supervisors and managers.
