Pros

It is a small company where everyone knows each other. Most of the engineers are real nice. You don't have to focus on on one small portion of the projects as there are always many different things that you could work on.

Cons

The money is pretty bad. The location is bad. The opportunities for advancement are real bad. There are only a few engineers out of the ~125 person company. Most of the other employees are really against any change that one would try to implement.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more open. Give more money for R&D.
