Cons – organizational processes could use some improvement

I worked at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than a year

Pros – Nothing much. No rewards. No growth.

Cons – No rewards. No growth. Promotions are offered to employees who have good relations with the management.

Advice to Senior Management – Instead of the show up with vegas party and all, the company should pay good for the employees for all the work

Pros – Each department as a whole is well ran by experienced people who support their team members and seek professional development and fairness for their direct reports.

Vacation time is generous (Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve - New Years Day)

Cons – While each department is headed by experienced and caring people they are often over-ruled by the CEO. There is minimal room for professional development, promotions and fair raises are non-existent. CEO excessively micro-manages each department.

Advice to Senior Management – To the CEO: Trust your team and the key leaders you have put into place to manage their departments.
