    Advice to Management

    Die

  3. Facilitated personal growth, but as the years went on, the players were not willing to grow using the talents hired.

    Pros

Made many great friends and allies working here. Lasing relationships and good down to earth people. Learned much about the industry.

    Cons

1980's business model with no room for deviation on account of the managements bullheaded approach. Management sabotaged every attempt made to expand the company. Heavy hitter upon heavy hitter came and went, and when tough times came, management hurt employee morale by revoking benefits and incentives when many employees were hurting financially. Although this was a perfectly ethical business move on paper, it hurt the morale and trust of the people slaving and putting up with usual office drama. The true colors of those behind the scenes came out in the end. The best synopsis of the con's in this company (shared openly by many former staff members after leaving) was that - They hired Best of Breed Talent and then crippled their ability to do what they did best -

    Advice to Management

Not sure there is anything offer-able here that hasn't been offered in the past.
