Cons – Too many acquistions and moving parts. The right didn't know what the left was doing

Pros – Steady employment provided with a wide variety of consulting engagements, variety of assignments and opportunity for increased responsibilities... if the account manager likes you, that is.

Cons – You're just a number to the account manager. If I knew what else to write here to fill in the twenty words, I would offer the insights.

Cons – The salary they offer is on the low side. but they are a staffing agency

Pros – Hired quickly. Assigned to location by the following day.

Cons – The company was capable of firing staff members without reason

Advice to Senior Management – Reassign your employees once their assignment is complete

Cons – Extremely poor compensation alongside very high expectations.

Pros – Good people, strong understanding of RPO, variety of clients, good workplace flexibility - I worked here on the Virtual Recruiting Team, which was part of the RPO division. It provided great flexibility and access to work on numerous Fortune 100 accounts. The management on this specific team (I can't speak for others), was very fair, and I thought they looked out for the best interest of their employees. The pay was less than competitors, but I also felt in exchange, they tried to keep their recruiters busy during lean times where many competitors, just had lay offs.

Cons – Issues integrating different lines of business, a lot of turnover on the Executive level which often resulted in many changes of philosophy

Pros – The interview process and screening is conducted professionally.

Cons – Poor rapport between worksite and home office. Completely disengaged from employee concerns. No electronic time-clock. Late with uniforms.

Advice to Senior Management – Allocate management of employees better. Your client is capable of being dishonest about employee performance. Hiring then firing on a whim and being dishonest to recoup unemployment funds is in no way acceptable behavior for a company entrusted to provide employment.

Pros – They had work for me right away very close to where I live, with possibility of permanent hiring. They accommodated my need to take time off for vacation and important family events, and in their communications with me they were always professional and generally conveyed the sense that they valued me as both an employee and a person. As a Temp you get to check a company out while they'tre checking you out.

Cons – What can I say? No matter how well you're treated, you're still a Temp, lacking job security, benefits, opportunity for advancement... you're either hoping the client company hires you, or you're waiting for something better t come along.

Cons – tough to get in, communicating change of direction, Management focused on the bottomline vs. the people that get the bottomline for them .

Advice to Senior Management – continue to get to know your people and who they are vs. what they do .... knowing who they are gets them to do what you hired them to do ...
