Pros
monthly recognition program, performance forum benefits - best employees leave on a vacation at the end of the year for free, posting of daily/month recruiting results
Cons
No training, no guidance from management, too many politics, too much favoritism, no growth potential, lots of inaccurate information and unkept promises, no overtime.
Advice to Senior Management
Provide feedback to recruiters, act in a professional way, do not gossip, keep your word, be fair, give credit where credit is due.
