    Pros

Great views of the Potomac, Lots of action and fun. Great Music and free meal

    Cons

No specified breaks, rude managers and co workers. Overcrowding. Deck hands with disgusting attitudes. Had to carry every thing onto boat.

    Advice to Management

There is alot of drama with workers and managers. Training definitely needs to be improved.

    Cons

Low pay schedule keeps hours low not enough training grungy locker room have to buy your uniforms.pushing dumpsters (an electric palletjack wouldbe great) comprehensive training manual would be great

    Advice to Management

share the profits not just the work and responsibility get operation organized structured and documented include everyone in or people won't care about doing an excellent job for the customer culture/values look good on paper

    Pros

I met my girlfriend here. Got to listen to nice music and look out over the river

    Cons

The people that work there are horrible. The talk crap all day. They gossip. They spread rumors. And this goes out to the employees AND the bosses. They overlook people. Your reward for doing well is you still keep your job, that's basically it. They fire you for ANY LITTLE THING! They demand you to work EVERY HOLIDAY and you DON'T get time and a half for it! People that work there are treated so badly and you are not allowed to have a voice. Even when you voice your opinion, your voice is still not heard. This company is AWFUL!! They treat their employees like CRAP!!

    Advice to Management

Yall full of CRAP!! STOP selling this crap how this is such a great company knowing damn well it's not! Everybody that are shipmates are UNHAPPY!!

    Pros

You meet new people and make friends

    Cons

This company treats their employees very badly not to mention their employees are severely UNDERPAID! When you have a conflict or issue, there is NO HELP! There is a lot of favoritism and corruption in this company. The employers often have personal vendettas against the employees. They feel as though their employees are not allowed to have a voice and when you do speak up, they talk down on you, talk trash behind your back, and get very hostile, rude, and disrespectful. There is no justice. This is a horrible company.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to take constructive criticism. Learn how to listen, treat employees with respect and stop being so personal.

The Pay was good, Most people were fantastic and you overall get to enjoy yourself.

Some Employers just don't have the personality to be there, and there were very poor management skill from the Managers department.
