Pros – Good people to work with at the hourly level.
Very diverse work force
Cons – Senior Management kept to themselves unless they needed to reprimand you
Management thought they were "better" than those that worked for them in their attitudes and opinions.
Way to much nepotism, favoritism and being part of "the club" amongst the owners and their select few to have a prayer of advancing (unless you were part of the club of course).
Advice to Senior Management – If you're happy with where your company is in the market, change nothing. If you wish to move forward, increase market share and really be a well thought of company providing an outstanding service, you need to do a lot of things differently, starting with respecting the hourly worker and offering a fair and decent wage.

Cons – Very poor at Communication
Upper management likes to Micro Manage all activities
Not a safe work environment
No Increases in pay as you hear the story of how they almost went under but now making a lot and paying no bills or increases to their employees
Advice to Senior Management – Let the management that you hire run the company and don't try to dictate everything that happens to a default
