“Good first job”
Former Employee – worked at Sport Chalet full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great discount for employees and families. Basic retail job, better customer service than most other places. There are training seminars and monthly meetings to help improve employees as well as the store itself.
Cons – High turnover rate. The cons I found were the same as any retail job, some people do not care about their work which makes your job harder at times.
