    Pros

Management is great. Good training and lots of time to learn about new things and new product. A very versatile experience where you aren't stuck in one area. Great first job experience. Lots of opportunity for growth, work ethic, and customer service experience. Great for a first job.

    Cons

Scheduling can be difficult but not the worst out there. Just know and make plans ahead of time. Hours can be sometimes late too.

    Pros

discount and pro deals at least till they take that away too.

    Cons

Been here for a long time and the good always out weighed the bad but since we were bought out this place is becoming the worst job ever. The cut all full time to part time unless your a DH and even cut some DH positions. We use to pride ourselves on customer service and being the experts but not anymore we are becoming more like big5 or Walmart.

    Advice to Management

Not so much to management but to corporate and the penny punchers with hours . Make this place fun again give us some hours so we can afford to continue to work here (bring back raises too) stop it with the unrealistic pressure of master cards, let's do vendor clinics bloomfire is great but doesn't replace hands on training. To my particular manager and the ones like him gets some balls don't go out of your way to lie and stop the favoritism stop promoting lazy workers because their your buds.

    Pros

Fun industry working with an amazing crew of people in house and vendors. Great location, opportunity for learning and growth.

Culture not as expected in sports industry, little time to workout during the day, no gym/health club benefits, very formal culture for a sports company.

    Advice to Management
