I have been working at Sport and Spine Rehab full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The people that work at SSR are fun, hard-working, compassionate. We are always striving to improve and change, and there is always a buzz of innovation and creativity in the air mixed with a genuine desire to help eachother and our customers/patients. The upper management really cares a lot about their employees and are always doing everything they can to improve their work experience. Benefits, flexibility, and time off are awesome. Also you are rewarded handsomely for hard work AND on a set timeline. At 5 years you get 2 nights at a bed and breakfast and after a lot of years you get a Caribbean trip! There is a lot of room to grow as well.

    Cons

It's certainly not perfect. Sometimes the hours can be long, and there can be a lot going on at once. Compensation could be better but isn't too bad. The separation between the clinics can create some confusion as well as isolated feelings. Turnover rates tend to be high but that is changing. Annual reviews are not completed on time, thus delaying promotions and raise information.

I worked at Sport and Spine Rehab full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

They have fun socializing activities but that's about it.

    Cons

no management, no training, impossible goals and deadlines and high expectations. They promise bonuses but make the goals unobtainable so you never make the money they lure you into the company with.

Not as great as they crack themselves up to be

I have been working at Sport and Spine Rehab full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Ive met a couple good people.

    Cons

    - lousy management
    - no structured training
    - turnover rate is out of this world
    - very under paid for the amount of work and effort they expect
    - no room for growth at all
    - your opinion never matters
    - upper level management never comes down to the front line from their high horse, especially the owner....so annoying
overall they seem great at first but that changes drastically once you aren't new anymore..no wonder no one lasts here and the ones that do are brown noses or can't find another job so they're stuck and miserable because they need the pay check.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop trying to sell your employees dreams and start actually caring about them and not ONLY your bottom line. Your business model stinks and so does the clinics morale and work ethic.

Great co-workers but pay is low and corporate culture is awful

I worked at Sport and Spine Rehab full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Co-workers are great and there is a sense of teamwork, growing company

    Cons

The pay is very low for what they expect you to do. The base their business practices on L. Ron Hubbards ideologies and expect you to buy into that mentality but the owners often don't practice what they preach. It is also very outdated and off putting to most employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change your business acumen so you aren't offending employees and it is more relevant to current business practices
