    Pros

The company claims customer service is priority. The pay is competitive.

    Cons

Closed minded direction, be ready to work all weekends/holidays/evenings, even on thanksgiving and Christmas eve. Future of company is questionable.

    Advice to Management

Open your minds to new ideas about how to run the business while we still have a business to run.

    Pros

Schedule flexibility, they work around school or family obligations Job satisfaction Coworkers Discounts, 10% above cost

    Cons

Have to work weekends Management from store level up to corp are clueless No direction, TSA was a industry leader, now they barely keep up No say in how things can be improved Not in business to make money, managers are afraid of customers complaining, give away the store One word, Simplr, this is what management focuses totally on. Company has drank the coolaid and believes that selling extended warranties will save the company because it's 100% profit. Not focusing on what customers want.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to run a business, not give your business away. Listen to veterans within the company, if you can still find one that hasn't bee chased out of the company.

    Pros

Vast product lines, mediocre company perks.

    Cons

Management philosophy. Application of executive directives. Hiring procedure.

    Advice to Management

Need managers to evaluate methods and practices comprehensively. Not piece by piece. Running stores out of a set system you don't care about, will not guarantee store or companywide success.

You meet a lot of people who love sports and learn new things about sports you know little about.

    Cons

Costumers will blame you for everything. So will Managers. They care more about the Costumers than employee relationships.

    Advice to Management
