    Pros

Lots of reedom to explore new frameworks and technologies, knowledgable co-workers, and fun projects related to an interesting subject matter.

    Cons

High stress projects that jump from deadline to deadline. Each deadline is seemingly more impossible than the next, occasionally leading to the creation of technical debt in order for projects to meet deadlines.

    Pros

picked up valuable work experience and met some great friendly people. Receive money for selling certain product are also know as 'KPI's'.

    Cons

No garanteed hours due to 0 hour contracts. Shifts changing in short period of time. The wage especially for under 18s is terrible. Are forced or even threatened to sell products and unrealistic targets.
