    I have been working at SportsDirect

    Pros

    picked up valuable work experience and met some great friendly people. Receive money for selling certain product are also know as 'KPI's'.

    Cons

    No garanteed hours due to 0 hour contracts. Shifts changing in short period of time. The wage especially for under 18s is terrible. Are forced or even threatened to sell products and unrealistic targets.

    Pros

    - Watching sports all day
    - Easy going work environment
    - Awesome lunch room

    Cons

    - Grew too fast
    - Low Pay
    - No weekends off
    - Hard to have a family because your schedule is dictated by sports

    Take time to get to know your employees. Communicate with them effectively.

    Pros

    Threre is non. the only reason i'm still working for them because of the share scheme.

    Cons

    Working 60 hours but they paid you for 45 hrs.

    Should be more professional and manaing Staff not acting likedictator.
