I worked at Sportvision as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Friendly coworkers, always willing to talk and help on subjects.
Active employees get together to play sports outside work.
Potential access to sporting events at partner stadiums.

    Cons

As an intern, I wouldn't be able to give many reasonable cons from my experience.
My project could have used more technical guidance.

I have been working at Sportvision

    Pros

Excellent work content. Cutting edge engineering projects with awesome visibility. Smart people. Great work/life balance. Technology and Sports. Who could ask for more?

    Cons

The small size of the company limit career opportunities. CEO is offsite. Deadlines are not flexible (can't change the date of the Superbowl or the World Series, for example) so there are times of high pressure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep it going. I would love to make a long term career at Sportvision so let's do everything we can to remain competitive in the the market. Don't be afraid to invest in more engineering resources. It will pay off in the future.

The company does really cool work and there are a few perks that come with the job.
California office is a great place to work, and is very relaxed.

Not much lenience for trying new projects aside from your specified job

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
