    Pros

Good intentions on employability and good people working there. HR isn't fair with promotions and advancements, they are predetermined to who is going to get the promotion before posting it. Tribal backsup their own and does not follow through with HR concerns. No real pros but good people working there that deserve a better chance at promotiing

    Cons

Good intentions on employability and good people working there. HR isn't fair with promotions and advancements, they are predetermined to who is going to get the promotion before posting it. Tribal backsup their own and does not follow through with HR concerns.

    Advice to Management

Tribal needs to be more realistic when hiring and making promotions for casino functions. Decitions are made based on talk and not fact
