    Pros

Decent benefits, with a flexible work schedule and casual dress. Management is often open to new ideas that come from outside management.

    Cons

Poor leadership practices that includes poor communication. Executives are often rude and two-faced. Members of management spend more time pretending to be executives than managing their departments and are often unaware of things happening in their departments. Managers frequently ignore company policies that they don't agree with which often leads to verbal abuse of employees who do follow policy. Pay is often below market value with no opportunity for an increase, and promotions are only given under extreme circumstances.

    Advice to Management

Pay market value to all employees. Better communication.

    Pros

I enjoyed helping the callers with their financial situations. The situation was relatively laid-back for a call center environment. The benefits package was decent and the compensation was good.

    Cons

I experienced some unethical situations. Management was forever changing. Rather than promoting qualified internal staff, they would hire outside temporary staff for management and other positions. They like to hire part-time and temporary staff and not pay benefits. It's hard to get transitioned to permanent with benefits.

    Advice to Management

Recognize your in-house talent and work with them rather than trying to be cheap and hire external temporary staff. Provide more oversight and do not put your staff in a situation where ethics might be called into play.

    Pros

There are some great people that work there. Team members are great but management is changing.

    Cons

Watch out for management, it has changed recently and bringing over friends instead of caring for the community they are supposed to be helping.

    Pros

Co-Workers and nice. Employee lounge is a great amenity.

    Cons

Long hours. Salary people expected to work 60+ hrs/week. Very little appreciation of what it takes to get the job done. No real training, expected to do it right, and be done yesterday with no advance notice

    Advice to Management

    Please listen to every voice.
