I have been working at Springwel Mattresses full-time for less than a year
Pros – getting my space & freedom to plan my work accordingly
Cons – totaly unprofessional organisation in there approach.
Advice to Senior Management – Pls try to get some real access to the senior managers in the regions appointed,check there credibilty,focus in direct sales so that a proper marketing strategy can be created,build an brand image by proper ads and fresh brains...
