Midwest Values, West Coast Money

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Sprint full-time for more than a year

ProsI appreciate working for a company that places as much value on the employee as it does the customer

ConsSprint is quick to make sweeping changes across the entire company, which often means significant layoffs. This is shortsighted thinking that should be changed.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere are more beneficial, creative ways of achieving operational budget goals than simply laying off employees and shuttering stores. It's effective over the short term, and helps the company meet its performance goals, but it's not beneficial.

Great place to work!

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Sprint full-time

ProsSprint allows their account managers to run their own business and generally as long as you are doing well you are free to conduct your business in whatever way works for you.

ConsI did not see much chance for career advancement while working there. Management tends not to turn over, which says a lot about how much people enjoy working there, but when management does not leave there is little chance to move up in the company..
