Pros
Good employee phone plans.
Vacation time increases as months pass.
Good discount on accessories.
Opportunity to receive latest phones as a representative for that particular model.
Cons
Commission structure varies too much.
Customer service which you call for help makes things sometimes worst.
Sometimes in some stores there exists favoritism towards certain staff.
Advice to Senior Management
District managers to conduct surprise visits to stores.
Offer employees a forum to provide feedback on what works at the store level.

Wonderful benefits, growth within my career, good atmosphere to work. Fun people, good friends, great pay and smart phones galore .

too many shift bids, not enough recognition when doing your job right, too many complaints about having to take calls.

Cell phones are always being updated and new technology is consistantly being presented. New 4g devices are taking over amd unlimited data usage is a rarity.

Crappy management, high intensity environment, unclear and nebulous procedures which changed like the weather. Large amount of Favoritism. Monthly commission award policies also very unclear
