Pros
The campus is a nice place.
Cons
They dont layoff by ratings, they layoff by WHO KNOWS WHO AND WILL SAVE YOU. Sadly, most of the people still at Sprint are NOT the ones that had high ratings!
Advice to Senior Management
Layoff by RATINGS, not who is friends with who.
