    Pros

Great compensation and benefits for an entry level employee.
If you perform well there will be opportunities to be promoted, especially if you are able to relocate.

    Cons

Working in retail location full time the scheduling can be potentially disruptive to your lifestyle. Expect to work a rotating schedule including weekends. The management is pretty good about giving you time off (even paid time off) when requested.

    Advice to Management

Try to attract more help with previous wireless experience.

    Very relaxed work culture.

    Cons

At times there is nothing to do, and the work is almost the same.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.
Newer management should look for their employees

    Pros

    Teamwork among colleagues
Ability to work within the office or remotely
    Employees welfare is always considered
    Friendly environment
    Great benefits

    Cons

Managers need to listen to account reps
Communication from customer service MUST continue to improve; it's getting better
Too MANY layoffs over the years due to mergers
Senior management SHOULD take a reduction in pay to show they are willing to KEEP good employees from being laid off
With layoffs employees end up handling two or more positions, but with NO increase applied to their salaries

    Advice to Management

SENIOR Management NEEDS to listen to support staff

    Pros

    -Awesome motivated team
    -Dynamic environment
-Excellent pay for a sales intern
-Room to take initiative ( if you see something that needs to be done, an intern can propose a project to their supervisor and do it; lots of latitude)

    Cons

-It can be difficult to get personal attention if you need help because the whole team is doing their best to make quota

    Advice to Management

-Keep up the good work. The employees were happy, well paid, and highly motivated. This was definitely my favorite internship.

    3. Work/Life balance can easily be negative depending on the job title/position
    4. Change can sometimes be slow.

    Advice to Management

Leaders in mid management must need better support from their managers. Sometimes the employee feedback that is so readily sought sometimes doesn't reach the intended areas that can make a difference.
