I have been working at Sprint full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great Team, Great Company, new solid vision! Overall I love my job, I love my co workers and my company. Its supportive, nurturing and a great place for a chance to advance and gain higher skills.

    Cons

4 rate plan changes in 1 year, things get very confusing and hectic - seem to be struggling to stay relevant in a very crowded cellular market.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Sprint full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

As long as you are producing and doing what needs to be done you can easily move up in the company. The work environment and culture of the company really is about putting the customer first and giving the employees tools to make both parties satisfied. Right now the company is positioning itself to actually be the strongest wireless competitor.

    Cons

I do feel as though the pay could be better or at least have more opportunities to make more money

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help provide ideas to show employees how to make moremoney. Thoughts of outside the box.

I have been working at Sprint full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Working on campus gives you an opportunity to constantly meet new people. Great department with great management. Lots of room to advance. Benefits are great too. 3 great cafeterias to choose from.

    Cons

Constant network issues nationwide makes it difficult to sell products to customers in those areas. Ever changing comp structure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leave the comp structure the way it is. It's working out just fine.

I have been working at Sprint

    Pros

Management, Culture of the company and market. Support and reality of tasks. Market awareness and straight answers for objectives.

    Cons

I think Sprint should be more aggressive and go after ATT and Verizon. Great company to work for but not as aggressive lately.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up the great leadership
