    I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    I have been with Sprint for 10+ years and it has been great. I started as a sales rep and worked my way up to store manager. It has always been changing and exciting.

    Cons

    None to mention. I would not be here for over 10 years if I didnt like my job.

    Leadership from top to bottom is solid and seem to care about careers of the employees.

    wonderful people to work with like on big family very helpful , everyone worked well each other , support was there

    Cons

    training was lacking old material to teach new technology , lot of time wasted not enough real hands on support

    Come back to Las Vegas the tech team took very good care of the business wireless customers we took ownership well.

    Go team to work with, play with new devices before they are launched. As long as your doing your job upper management will leave you alone

    Dealing with customers, working retail hours, limited time for personal life

    Should be a program designed for long time employees with higher education degrees to advice and go to different departments in the company not just be boxed into retail

    Challenging work environment with many tasks that have no predefined solution. Plenty of opportunity for those who are self-starters.

    Bureaucratic issues that plague many large companies such as safety and liability policies that consume too much of the workers time.

    Allow more latitude to allow mid-managers to customize workplace hours, tasks and resources. Promote more independence among associates.

    Pros

    Fantastic work at home program, employees, free phone service, good benefits

    Cons

    Keeping customers, Poor network, need to build new cell towers and lagged behind on upgrading existing towers, asking customers to pay for service they are not getting causing major exit by customers and fortune businesses, laying off experienced and dedicated employees, too many CEO's getting big payouts when leaving.

    Need to stick to something that will work, so far nothing tried has worked and the company will drop to the 4th carrier
