    Pros

Good pay, free phone service, low cost benefits. The management team is great and are always willing to help you reach your goals as a sales professional.

    Cons

Slow traffic and low sales seasons can be really frustrating for the flow of money you've been getting. But it's all about the drive!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Pros

Employee stock pricing, good benefits, tuition reimbursement, spiffs, often looks to promote from within, and good commission opportunities.

    Cons

Commission structure changes often and typically not for the employee's benefit. Small stores have slow days which destroys enthusiasm when sales opportunity presents itself. Big stores become too busy to focus on client's individual/family true wants and needs. Promotions focus on converting customers from other carriers which make current customers look for wireless solutions elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Coach employees daily and immediately so an understanding is created for do's and dont's. Focus on praising every opportunity possible so reps will be more responsive when a coaching opportunity presents itself.

    Pros

Good benefits like Ford X-plan where we could buy personal vehicles at a nice discount.

    Cons

Changed offered health care plans very often, especially after Obamacare. Health benefits got worse then.

    Pros

I learn something new every day
    It's ever boring
This industry keeps you on your toes
    Great benefits
The employees become your extended family
Progressive new CEO is shaking things up
Excellent tools and technology to do your job
    Good salaries
Many employees have been here a long time, so there is a lot of tribal knowledge
    Values family

    Cons

Recent staff reductions means extra work for those still here
    Workload can become overwhelming
Work-life balance can be a challenge if you let work take precedent

    Pros

Good opportunity for growth and learning. But if you have an education, this is NOT the place to strut your intellect. I was in a top Manager meeting were we were told that "Sprint Smarts" is better than most of the extended training.

    Cons

The call center is like a high school, there are clicks. Some people stated that they only come to work for the pot lucks. WOW!

    Advice to Management

    Stop the favoritism!

    Pros

They offer great pay, excellent benefits and a reletively good product. Sprint also offers a great employee phone/service plan and allows you to keep that after you leave for as long as you stay with Sprint.

    Cons

The training was provided well after being employed and was helpful, but not great. The information provided by corporate on the company's status and direction was often after the fact. There was no real opportunity to work your way up. I found that promotions were not based upon performance, but convenience for the regional and higher level managers.

    Advice to Management

Provide a more clear career path for new employees and focus more on developing your talent. A management development program would make the company run much more smoothly.
