    Pros

    1. Employee profit sharing and discounts on several products and services
    2. salary
    3. Benefits are solid.
    4. Flexible hours depending on management chain of command
5.Sprint let me grow and learn new skills at all levels
    6. PEOPLE

    Cons

    1. Work day can be hard to define, especially if one is not hourly and works in entry level/middle management.
    2. Travel sometimes can be too obtrusive
    3. Work/Life balance can easily be negative depending on the job title/position
    4. Change can sometimes be slow.

    Advice to Management

Leaders in mid management must need better support from their managers. Sometimes the employee feedback that is so readily sought sometimes doesn't reach the intended areas that can make a difference.

    Pros

You can make very good money, the compensation for commission is very competitive & above other employers. Depending on your supervisor, you can have a great time there. The benefits once you've been there for vacation is good, depending on the situation, their is flexibility for time off.

    Cons

every thing is a metric, too much micromanagement from above. If you want me to retain a customer, we need the time to assist, not just shove them off to the next rep. Some commission is base on services that is out of your control, and if not met you can get in trouble.

    Advice to Management

thanks for the heads up before the lay off, not!
