I worked at Sprint full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Sprint is a wonderful company to work for with some of the best training in customer service I have ever ettxperienced. The salaries are comparable with the market and there is a very generous bonus structure as well. There is no company better when it comes to accuring paid time off generally up to 3 weeks per year based on tenure. I would recommend this company to anyone who works in this industry. The people are friendly and generally up beat not your typical call center environment.

    Cons

The company as a whole went through several transformations over the past few years and many individuals in upper management lost sight of the employees. There was a feeling of being valued and appreciated at one time but that focus shifted along the way and some forgot what is was like to be the first point of contact.

    Pros

Great pay, free phone and overall awesome experience with work no harder than any other customer service place

    Cons

No room for growth, worst customers I've ever dealt with in any customer service job, robot management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember what it feels like to be a customer and what it feels like to be a regular guy come into work everyday doing his 9-5

I have been working at Sprint full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

flexible schedule, good employee benefits and discounts on sprint products, lots of resources available to aid in continual learning of the job, after initial training, friendly work environment, great management staff.

    Cons

Although Sprint has great pricing for it products, The Company has Network issues (dropped calls etc., service not available in rural area,) primary reason for loss of it's customer base. Pricing becomes a deminished factor, if you can't use your phone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If I were to share any information with Sprint Management, it would be to make sure that the information that is shared with employees coming from Management is consistent. Reps do talk amount each other, and in sharing information we find that we are getting conflicting information from the different managers
