I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great work/life balance. Good benefits. Great lower level management

    Cons

Sprint feels like it's always reacting to/following it's competitors as opposed to trying to innovate and lead the way for the industry. Executive management is always trying to paint a rosy picture of Sprint's future which makes them come off as disingenuous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move corporate HQ to one of the coasts. The mentality in this company needs to be more innovative, proactive and fresh. This company needs new thinking, fresh ideas and more TRUE leaders.

    Pros

My co-workers were great. Great work life balance and above average benefits.

    Cons

Everyone who works there are not very ambitious unless they're in a leadership role, especially in Overland Park. Hard to imagine this company can really compete against other bigger players in the market. Very slow to react.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make quick decisions and act like you mean it, everyone needs to buy into the vision.
