    Pros

Great company to work for, good benefits and great opportunity to make excellent annual bonus.

    Cons

Sprint still is to heavy on the executive side of the house and would get more products completed if they removed some of the numberous VPs and hired more working staff.

    Advice to Management

Promote excellence to your employees, a simple thank you or great job via email makes all the difference.

Decent payout for accessory and phone sales.
